- A bay leaf
- A coin
- Dried orange peel (joy)
- A piece of paper with your wish
Step by step
- Clean and dry the jar thoroughly.
- Add the rice as a base and, on top, the bay leaf, the coin and the orange peel.
- Write your wish in the positive and present tense, for example "I am open to new opportunities"; fold it and place it inside.
- Close the jar and shake it gently three times while smiling.
- Put it somewhere visible at home. Whenever something good happens, shake it and say thank you.
